All Shepadly products are digital Canva templates delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Nature of Products

Shepadly sells digital products, including but not limited to Canva templates and downloadable design files ("Digital Products").

All Digital Products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

No Returns

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of Digital Products, all sales are final. Digital Products cannot be returned once:

  • Access has been granted
  • A download link has been issued
  • The product has been delivered electronically
By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you waive any right to return the Digital Product.

No Refunds

Shepadly maintains a strict no-refund policy on all Digital Products. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to read the product description
  • Incompatibility with Canva or third-party platforms
  • Lack of technical knowledge or design skills

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in the following cases — please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

If your template link does not work after purchase, we will resolve it immediately.

Wrong product delivered
If you received a different product than what was purchased, we will correct it.
